Project Officer 1.0 FTE (4 month role – applicants interested in job sharing are encouraged to apply)

Salary range: $57,500 - $65,000 FTE (to be paid pro-rata if job sharing).

The Post Placement Support Service (PPSS), established in 2002, is a not-for-profit early intervention support and training service which serves individuals, families and groups who have a personal or professional connection with permanent care, adoption, foster care and kinship care. PPSS is located at 135 Mt Alexander Road, Flemington, Victoria.

PPSS is seeking to recruit a 1.0 FTE Project Officer on a four month contract.  This position will report to the CEO and work closely on a day to day basis with the Programs Managers. 

Working collaboratively with the programs team, the key objectives of this position are to:
• Assist in the documentation and formalisation of high quality training manuals and resources.
• Research and project support in program areas as identified by Programs Managers. 
• Provide individual support, information and referral through the telephone help line.
• Assist in the development and design of organisational systems and data collection relating to client services and program monitoring.
• Under the leadership of the Programs Managers, undertake other projects and activities required to implement the priorities of the strategic plan.
