The Post Placement Support Service is an early intervention support and training service which serves anyone who has a personal or professional connection with permanent care, adoption, long term foster care and kinship care. We have a particular emphasis on offering services to:

• Children and young people (under the age of 18 years) who have moved from one family to another
• Permanent parents/carers of children who were born to other parents
• Professionals who serve these individuals and families.
